What should be the safe score to grab a "government seat" for mbbs course in neet 2013?

I am a medical aspirant and i am going to give neet exam this year on 5th may...I t would be very kind if someone can tell me what score would be safe for securing GOVERNMENT SEAT for mbbs..?
