It depends on the rank. You should get atleast less than 20K rank For that you have to score 250+/360

My friend's younger brother has taken admission in NIT Trichy this year through JEE mains. He got 98 percentile well but I think 95+ percentile will be sufficient for you to take admission there.

You have to score 250+/360 to secure good rank to get admission in NIT Trichy for CSE branch

You should get rank less than 5400 to get an admission in NIT Trichy if you are from OBC.
