<p>When completing the NEET MDS application form, candidates must upload scanned copies of their identification documents, certificates, and signatures. Both the signature and the photo must be in JPG or JPEG format. There should be no more than 80 KB in the file. The signature should measure 6 cm by 3 cm, and the photo should measure 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm. Other documents should be in PDF format. Files that don't meet these specifications won't be accepted.</p>
