<p>While uploading photograph and signature at the NEET MDS application form, candidates will have to keep in mind the following factors.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The photographs should be coloured and black and white photographs will not be accepted</li><li>Candidate's face, eyes and ears must be clearly visible</li><li>The photograph must be clicked against a white background</li><li>Candidates should not be wearing caps or sunglasses in the photograph and there should not be reflection of light on the glasses, which are worn by candidates regularly</li><li>Candidate's name and date of the photograph at the bottom</li><li>Signatures should be done in blue or black ballpoint pen against a white background.</li></ul>
