you need to take medical in school and u can take coaching side by side and give entrance ie dpmt,aipmt,aiims,afmc,BHU dere r many or u can hav a year drop after 12th and give these exams.joining coaching cn giv u a irection to study bt its ur decision to join or not .remember hard work is only key
