What should I choose after Diploma in electronics among mechatronics engineering and robotics?

Both the fields are different. But, I would suggest you to go with mechatronics. It will help you somewhere in robotics and robotics have very less demand right now.

Pay-scale purely depends on your skills/ability. Look as electronics diploma holder, knowledge of diploma would be helpful in mechatronics
