What should I choose among B.Sc or BA for IAS?

Since, you belong to Science stream but preferring Civil Services. So, I would recommend you to go for BA Hons History from any reputed university across India, since I am also a History graduate from University of Delhi, but not aspiring for Civil Services. Taking History will be very helpful, thou

If your destination is IAS then any recognised graduation will make you eligible.

Depends on Your interest.
Your graduation subject has nothing to do with UPSC.
