What should I choose among going for a job and further pursuing MBA? I've got placed at Infosys and have also got a rank of 23 in TANCET.

My TANCET score is 57.333. Can you suggest the top B-Schools that will offer an excellent placement. I am having TSM and PSGIM in my mind, which one will offer better placement opportunities?

A job at Infosys is good but everyone cannot secure a big good rank of 23 in TANCET, if you want to utilize your rank you can pursue Mba, also talk with your organisation if they'll sponsor you on a bond or can you 'Learn while you earn'.
You have a very good score so it's your choice between TSM and PSGIM. To be frank Placement in PSGIM is better than TSM, as you have international opportunities in PSGIM. Whereas TSM gives you placement into companies for the intermediate level of the organisation structure.

You should get into job first, MBA after job experience is best option. You will get benefit of this when you will join MBA college after 1/2 years of experience.
