What should I choose among IET, Ahmedabad ICT OR DDU's Self-financed CE?

From the cut-off, it is clear that DDU is the best for B.Tech but some say that IET is a very reputed college in Gujarat. I will get a chance for DDU only if I apply for the offline counselling round. What should I do?
