If you are in grade 12, you must study both Math and Science to pursue your dream of becoming a scientist. If you select only Science (without Math) you will face extreme difficulty in solving scientific problems.

You cannot become a scientist just by choosing the subjects. All you need is innovativeness, dedication & sincerity in your work. Choose what you're good at as your main subject during admission & finally have a multidisciplinary approach to problems.

You should choose both because to become a scientist, you should have a very good knowledge of both the subjects.

In science, you can go for research in physics, chemistry or biology. In current scenario, there is much of research is going on in the field of physics. Quantum physics is a field, where most of research is being carried out.

Mathematics and science are correlated. It is essential that you are good in both. Your vocabulary English, investigating and research techniques should also be excellent.

It totally depends upon you. Maths itself is a part of science and you should go for Science with maths as it will help you in becoming a scientist.
