You should choose MBA after B.Tech, because it has more skills and better job opportunities for you further.

If you want to go towards to the area of Management or then MBA is the option. If you wish to gain more expertise and knowledge in your field then M.Tech is the option. This totally depends on you. You can also consult with your good professor of your college about this.
