What should I choose among pursuing a job in banking sector or going abroad for job if I give bank PO exam and qualify it?

Hi Monika,
First of all, Bank PO exam id meant for Indian government banks, they don't have any value abroad. You should consider working in India, gain some experience, and then think of moving abroad.
