Return on investment will be better at IP, if you can make it to Dwarka campus. Otherwise, salary would depend on your capability. PGDM is also reliable. It will give you exposure and industry experience. -

Check the placement situations in both organizations. MBA and PGDM has no much difference but placements point of view, you have to look. -
