What should I choose between a government college (Does not have any nirf ranking) and public university who has a ranking (Have nirf rank)?

If your 10th and 12th percentage is greater than 70% and where more companies coming than try to go that college because after 3rd year you need placement and than this will only depend in your college. So please try to choose only that college which providing high placements and LPA's.
