What should I choose between CSE in ABES Engineering College, IT in AKG or IT in KIET?

It only depends on you. All of the colleges you have mentioned are really very good. ABES concentrates on academics, AKG concentrate on innovations, KIET has a good ranking in all the terms, like infrastructure, academics and placements. But all are good ones.
