What should I choose between MBA in HR, marketing, operation and supply chain?

I am a mechanical engineer graduate and doing job in supply chain but I'm not interested in this job. I would like to go for marketing but not good in communication.

    I would suggest you to go for production, operations or marketing stream. These will be suitable for you.
