What should I choose for my future career if I am interested in program management and data science?

I'm married and have a kid. So, full-time MBA may not be an option (cannot take a break). I'm a B.E graduate in electronics and communication (2003 pass out). I'm Ops manager at Amazon(overall experience ~12 years). Since operations is going to be impacted due to automation.
