What should I choose to do under such a situation?I am a 34 yrs old man facing mid career crisis after leaving my earlier sales job(non-IT).

I'm regular BSc(1998) & MBA(mktg) from SMU(2012).I've 4 ys pharma sales exp but now I want a decent in-office job.I am in dilemma as I want to work in PHP field & I am pursuing a PHP course in kolkata but at the same time I am getting a job offer in a BPO where the pay is more than 10k.Wt to choose?

I feel that you have to avoid a gap period.You should do some job.Explain for the change in a sufficient way when you approach the future employer.Don't waste your time.Brush up your knowledge.Don't lose your spirit.
