what should i decide about admission in mba

I am a 2010 pass out with n work ex. i cudn't perform well in cat'11 but scored 99 percentile in mat n got a call from irma (cudn't convert). plz guide me whether i shoul join some instte like Lucknow u niversity MBA or join some job n give another try to management entrance exams .
