What should I do, a regular MBA or an executive MBA?

I am working with L&T MHPS Boilers PVT. LTD as an Assistant Manager-Construction Planning. I have total work experience of around 6.3 years. I did my B.Tech with mechanical engineering and I want to pursue MBA.

If you are a job aspirant, then it is always advisable to do a regular MBA. If you are employed and wish to climb the corporate ladder without a break from routine job chores, then you may prefer Executive, part-time, or a distance MBA.

Go for regular MBA if you aren't working. If you are working then executive MBA will be helpful. Regular MBA is more valid as compared to executive MBA.
