To become a bank manager, the first step after your class 10 is that you should join Commerce stream in class 11 and complete your 12th with high grades. After that join B.Com in college preferably institutions of national importance in Government sector. Then write exams of IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) for probationary officer. After successful completion of tests you may become Bank manager. Otherwise you may go for MBA and then take manager level tests directly. Regards.
