What should I do after 12th: BCA or IT? I am a commerce student.

BCA is a good option, but as you belongs to commerce so think about it properly. Have a look to the subjects because it is totally different. Then decide.

Go for B.Com, if you are a commerce student, but alot many value of BCA is also there. So, go to the BCA IT field, if you are interested.
