    Hi Sujit, I think one's interests in particular field is more important than the academic marks. There are numbers of medical courses available worldwide, theoretical practical and research based. So, it would not be suitable to suggest you any specific course as your interest may differ from that. Do search on internet and read about medical courses available near to you and move with your interests. all d best. thanks
