Qualification is important, a class 12th certificate won't fetch you a job unless you are trying to set your own firm and have extraordinary talent like Zuckerberg or Bill Gates. Apply for a Bachelor's degree in a good university, take a up a programme of your choice and relevant to your education background. You may enhance your profile by a doing a Masters immediately after your Bachelors or after gaining some work experience and earning some dollars. Any of MNC companies are not going to offer you a job on your 12th basis. For that, you need to complete your Bachelors degree in any stream with a good college background. You are going to apply for companies and if you have been selected in any of the MNCs, then you can take a job in them. Mostly, MNCs prefer Masters degree.
