Hi, First of all, I would make it very clear that there is no quota as such for any stream or student for UPSC exam. The only reservations available are with regard to general regulations, as per constitution. Next is up to you. You may take any stream of your choice. What you need to focus is to kn

Yes, everything is good. If your aim is UPSC, and if you do B.Tech, in that case, there is a quota for those B.Tech students in UPSC exams. There is no issue with B.Sc. If you are interested, you can go for it. Best of luck.
