What should I do after 12th?

You can join B.Tech, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, L.L.B etc fields in which you have interest.

Mayank, as told by other Experts there are several streams you can persue after XIIth. It is not mentioned in your question as to what subjects you have chosen for yourXIth and XII th. One of the options would be to persue the same field and do graduation in one of them. Other option is to first think that what kind of work you will find easy to do in your career, or what kind of work you wish to do to make living. Think on the vorad lines first i.e would you be good at Marketing kind of jobs, or technically oriented shop floor jobs, or in managing in corporate sector or in managing personnel (human resources) or say you want to proceed in media related jobs or want to start a business. List these out based on your priority and then think further on the top 3 choices. You will yourself get an answer of your choice in which you can actually suceed in lesser time.
