You can go for engineering through IIT-JEE. You can pursue BBA, B.Com or BCA in the stream you like. You can also go for medical stream and pursue MBBS/BDS or similar medical courses. If you have interest in architecture and designing then you can join B.Arch. Students do opt for Bachelor's in Mass Communication. There are plenty of options after 12th, you can go for any as per your interest.

The students who wish to continue with the traditional Science field can go for the B.Sc. Or B.Sc. (Hons) degree after 12th (Science). Once you have done your graduation, you may choose the career in scientific research, banking, teaching, chemist, analyst, biologist, zoologist and management

If you were a PCM student then a good choice would be B.Tech or BE. B.Sc in maths, BBA and BCA are not bad choices. If you were a PCB student then medical stream or B.Sc in agriculture, BA psychology, etc. might be of interest to you. B.Sc in sciences, biotechnology or bio-informatics are not bad choices either. For commerce stream, B.Com and BBA are preferred choices. BA in economics is a good choice as well.
