Dear Sakshi, If you have already decided that ultimately you want to be a chef then why to waste your 3 years doing B.Com. I would suggest you to go ahead directly to pursue hotel management course. According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT). Usually according to the norms of UGC this degree is of 4 years duration that means 8 semesters will be there. Now the question arises from where does degree should have to be pursue, although the choice is totally in your hands and you should compare will try to pursue this degree from any of the school of hospitality and management.
