You may pursue graduation in Arts with specialisation in Economics.
London School of Economics is the best institute in the world and you may join it, if possible. Alternatively, there are good institutes in Pune like Gokhale Institute, etc which can also be good for you.

Everything comes by reading. Read Newspapers like Financial Times and the weekly magazines on Business found in most libraries. You must have a liking for what you read.

You must get good marks in your commerce group above 90% to secure admission in the best colleges in the country to get admission for B.A Economics.
