    Hello Dear, Recruitment for IAS and other all India Services is done through UPSC civil service examination. For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions.

    You can go for any Bachelor's degree and also, it will be helpful if you pursue arts. After the completion of your particular degree, you can apply for the entrance exam of IAS.
