What should I do after B.Com- MBA or M.Com?

1) for an accountant position asks B.Com/M.Com
2) For a finance.manager position asks MBA
3) finance.manager is previously worked as accountant
4) some cases .CA/icwa is only asked for gm(Accs&finance)posts
5) doing of MBA/CA is Your interest....

Both are good. It depends upon your interest. But, if needed to choose one, go for MBA as it has a vast number of scopes.

After b.com, MBA is recommendable reason being it's recognized all over the world which isn't the case with M.com apart from this, MBA is the degree which is highly in demand and got good reputation than M.com.
Now a days companies prefer a MBA over a M.com graduate.
