What should I do after B.Pharma? Should I go for M.Pharma or MBA?

This would depend a lot on your career aspirations. M.Pharm can be done, if you intend to do research/pick up a profession in academics. MBA could give you entry into the corporate world in areas like sales, marketing, product, operations, etc.
