Dear Gunjan,
After completing B.Pharmacy, graduates can either go for jobs in related field or can opt for further advanced studies. Some of the further study options are:
M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Management Program in Pharmacy
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Other Certification Courses after B

The best option would be to do M.Pharma and yes you need to give exams for admissions to reputed institutes.
