Hello dear, Simply graduating may not be enough, you might have to study further and go into research in a big way, M.Tech and Ph.D. would lead you to these organisations depending upon your research area. Pursuing these programs from ordinary colleges will not be enough, you will have to do these from top universities/colleges of high repute like LPU. DVD.

It depends on your interest and your aim in career and by the way, M.Sc in mathematics will really be a good choice for you, if you are interested in becoming a lecturer, because Masters of mathematics are rare nowadays. You can also work in IT sector after your Masters.

After completing B.Sc in mathematics, you can go for M.Sc in mathematics. And, if you want to go in teaching line, then you should pursue B.Ed after completing B.Sc and M.Sc. And prepare for competitive exams also. So, I suggest you should pursue M.Sc in mathematics after completing B.Sc.
