After B.Sc Hons Physics there are following career options:
(a) M.Sc-PhD to join as R&D professional
(b) B.Ed to become a teacher
(c) Lateral entry admission in B.Tech
(d) MCA
(e) M.Sc CS / IT
(f) MBA
(g) LLB
(h) Master in Social Works
(I) Master in Mass Communication
(j) Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC
(k) SSC exam for subordinate services
(l) CDS examination conducted by UPSC
(m) Asst Commandent exam conducted by UPSC for paramilitary forces.
(n) PO and clerical services examinations of Public Sector, etc. -

If you are interested in further studies, then you can go for M.Sc, MBA, etc. M.Sc physics will be the right option for you. You can also pursue M.Sc from IIT's or IISC by clearing IIT JAM entrance test.
Career in scientific research is also a good option. But, for that you have to complete your post-graduation first. One of the most known field is to prepare for civil services exams like IAS, IPS, IES, UPSC, etc.
Now the choice is yours. You should choose a field with your interest.
