After completing a Bachelor's degree in Science, you can either go for higher studies or you can try for any job. You have many higher studies options like B.Ed M.Sc. MBA, Ph.D. etc. You can seek out jobs in government corporations, research laboratories, banking and finance sector, etc. You can also have career options in IT industry, BPO, business, technical writing, marketing, and so on. A few other employment areas are Environmental Management and Conservation, Geological Survey Departments, Educational Institutes, Space Research Institutes, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology Industry, Hospitals, etc.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
