After completing B.Sc. Just pursue M.Sc through a good college and then attempt the NET exam to get into a good college at a lecturer post.

Do M.Sc. after B.Sc. and then prepare for NET and crack it with a good score, then you can become a teacher or even a lecturer in a good college.
