You can go for MBA and you will find better options further.

What is the importance of B.Tech? I am planning on doing MBA.

This would depend a lot on your interest areas and career aspirations. Pursue M.Tech if you want to pursue a career in research/academics/manufacturing space. Pursue MBA if you want to pursue a career in general management and go into sales / marketing / HR / finance.
