There are multiple options after B.Tech
Plan Further Studies with specialisation i.e., M.Tech
Interested in Business and Management i.e., MBA
Adding some expertise or certification - Diploma Courses:
    Study Abroad
    Crack the Civil Services Examination.

As your B.Tech score is quite low, go for improvement of your knowledge by joining courses related to your branch or master yourself in the field of your interest. Otherwise, if you have interest in managing field, prepare for good MBA colleges. Otherwise, try to get knowledge and sit for interviews.

As your B.Tech percentage is little low, I would suggest you to go for some short term courses to enhance your technical skills as the only way to compensate your percentage is to have a sound technical knowledge or you can join as an intern to learn initially and then look out for a proper job.
