What should I do after B.Tech; M.Tech or MBA?

I want a job as early as possible after B.Tech

It depends on you. Just to make it clear if you want to do research in your field, then do M.Tech and if you have a business mind or you have good communication skills, then you should opt for MBA.

It depends on individual's interest, if you are looking for a career growth in technical field then go for M.Tech. Pursuing it from IITs will be very profitable. If you are looking for management career, than you can go for MBA. Both degrees have importance in respective fields.

If you want job at the earliest, then it is suggested that you must go for job immediately after B Tech. MBA or MTech will enhance your chances of job.
