What should i do after BA prog. with economics,advertising,mass communication? In which field should I go???

Hello, I am doing BA prog. with economics,advertising and mass communication in the 3rd year from Janki Devi Memorial,DU. So, what should I do next after BA prog. Actually I have interest in mass communication. How come I forgot to fill the BJMC form in IP University. So, please help me out.
