What should I do after BBA among job and MBA?

You can prefer a regular MBA. But, if money is your immediate worry, then you can think of a job and after few years, you can pursue MBA.

Since the inception of Entrepreneurship ventures, LPU has witnessed more than 300 start-ups.
Placements: There are 365 days in a year and LPU has more 400 valuable placement drives in a year. Thus one can see even more than one placement drive in a single day at every alternate day. Previous year the highest annual package was INR 16.60 lacs by Khimji Ramdass LLC and average packages are around 5 LPA.
