What should I do after BBA among MBA or job?

Being an alumni of LPU I would definitely take the name of LPU. As I have done my MBA from here only. It better to do post graduation before going for a job. As due to the pandemic there is drastic transformation in the education sector and LPU itself has pulled up its socks and offered different types of MBA which are as follows: LPU is offering MBA programme in following streams, MBA (International Business) MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management) MBA (Business Analytics) MBA (Supply Chain & Logistics) MBA (Financial Markets) MBA with Talent Edge 1)Accredidated by ACBSP (USA).As LPU got accreditation from Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP). Not only LPU is highly accredited but also it is having numerous international tie ups for instance university of North Alabama, Livingstone College etc. Ranking: LPU has following ranking: 1) Impact rankings 2021: LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Vinay, it is a good question. Here are some points in support of your question asked:- BBA is a graduate course and MBA is a Master course. Surely, Master course will give you a good package. If you have family support, you can go for job and use experience for MBA. If you continue your study after BBA, it will be good as you can complete your studies in time. I hope this helps. The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world. Pursuing MBA would be best option after completing BBA. MBA has more scope. MBA in general is about choosing what you want to do in life. The branch you choose must be based on which part you will be suited for. I have a major classification based on certain characteristics (This may not be perfect but it pretty much holds good so feel free to agree to disagree 1. Finance - Good in numbers, interest in Statistics not too social, looking to do a Ph.D. introverts 2. Marketing - Good in communication, good in networking, extroverts and people who are quick on their feet 3. HR Management - Women (not a sexist statement) and people who are more empathetic and good in reading people 4. Operations Management - For hardcore engineers (non-CS) majorly and people who are good in numbers but not interested in Finance I believe all the institutes are good at its own. The main thing which matters is placement. Therefore, Iims, IIT Delhi, Amity, UPES, Geeta University, SRM, BITS Pilani are the good institutes in India for an MBA degree.
