What should I do after BBA as a lot of streams and multiple courses are available?

I have completed 4 semesters of my BBA (Calicut University) with 70% marks and the results of the rest two semesters are yet to come.

It is not easy to answer. You know that multiple options are available. So, the next step should be doing an aptitude test. After BBA, the most immediate thought as a course is a management post graduate programme only. You may start preparing for CAT and GMAT as it is not about the course but about
