Complete your MBA first. Keep it as your main priority. It will be easy for you to get a better job if you perform well in MBA.

Hi, It is better you go for MBA and then prepare for the Govt. job exams. As we cannot predict whether the Govt. job is sure or not, if not, it is wastage of valuable time for you where you could have completed MBA. Doing MBA or other PG courses will benefit you. Otherwise, you will regret in future
