What should I do after BCA and 7 years work experience.

I am BCA with 7 years of work experience and at present i am working as tech lead in an IT company. At present I am confused about what should I do next. Please guide me.

Dear, You are BCA and working in IT domain having work ex of 7 years as tech lead. I think MCA from brand institute in distance mode will make your footings stronger in IT domain as S/W Engineer yielding prospective job opportunity. Best wishes........
