What should I do after BCA?
I'm not willing to do MCA.

Yes, there are many options available for you after completing your graduation.
Like you can go for further studies - MCA or MBA etc.
or you can prepare for Government Job Exams like - IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB, SSC CGL etc.These all are Government Job Exams. If you prepare hard for it. You can get a job easily.

Nikhil, you can go for MBA. MBA offers great career opportunities.
MBA has a broader scope having to fulfill the responsibilities at the managerial levels. If you have the gift of doing well as a team member and leader and manage people well, an MBA might be a better option for you.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
