you can choose the following options like .. M.com in Accounting and Finance 2
years
MBA in Finance & Accounting 2 years
Master of Commerce in Accounting and
Auditing 2 years
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer
Accounting & Auditing 1 year

So then you should do BMM (Bachelor in Mass Media). Its a 3 years full time course conducted by Mumbai university. According to your interest I see BMM as the most suitable one for you. All The Best For Your Bright Future.
