After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University

Every course has it's beauty of career. If you have done B.Tech is from Civil. I will suggest you to directly go for M.Tech by clearing good score in GATE exam. Try to join in Premium institutes like IITs & NITs. If you have done B.Tech from EEE & Mechanical again, I will suggest you to go for GATE, even you will get job through GATE Exam, otherwise, try to join in premium institutes. Even for Mechanical, you may go for MS. Germany is good place for MS in Mechanical specially. If you are from CSE or IT, try to get job first instead of thinking about next courses and go for MBA in premium institutes after getting experience of at least 3...more
