Score good marks in class 12th and appear for JEE Mains. Pursue B.tech in a good college and then opt for MBA.

first complete your 12th with higher grades.
then appear the JEE exams, try for IIT.
or u can go for reputed universities.
U will know then what to do.
MBA is a long way to go.
